Supporters are being given the chance to help decide which local organisation becomes AFC Bournemouth’s charity partner for the 2025/26 season.
Five charities have been shortlisted following a review of applications, with voting now open until 5pm on 5th September.
The successful charity will become The Net and Staff Charity Partner until summer 2027. It will receive signed merchandise, fundraising from club events, match tickets, and support to raise awareness of its work.
The shortlisted finalists are:
Stars Dorset, which provides vital support to people across the county who have experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence.
Bournemouth Heart Club, which offers a safe space for community members with cardiovascular conditions or risk factors to access exercise, education, and lifestyle advice.
The John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation, which supports local young people through scholarships and bursaries to fund training and personal development.
The Colour Works Foundation, which works with socially and economically disadvantaged young people using colour profiling to raise self-awareness and improve relationship skills.
Changes are made, which educates and supports young people to understand the risks of carrying or using knives, helping foster safer communities.
The chosen charity will receive the football club’s backing for the next two years, with the partnership running through to 2027.
AFC Bournemouth has previously partnered with charities including Dorset Mind, Hope for Food, and Macmillan Caring Locally.
