Health and Life insurer Vitality is to continue as the title sponsor and Official Wellness Partner of the Bournemouth Bay Run after committing to a three-year sponsorship of the event.
Early bird registrations are now open for the races which will take place on Sunday 23 March 2025.
The event – which attracts thousands of runners of all ages and abilities – is organised by BCP Council.
Set against the back drop of Bournemouth’s seven-mile stretch of sandy beaches and Poole Bay, the Vitality Bournemouth Bay Run is open to every runner, whether for fun or competition.
Participants can choose from four races: the Half Marathon, 10km, 5km, and the Children’s Race.
Local charities supported include Dorset Mind.
Cllr Richard Herrett, Portfolio Holder for Destination, Leisure and Commercial Operations, said: “The Vitality Bournemouth Bay Run is one of the highlights of the spring calendar and the atmosphere and community spirit on our beautiful seafront when the race is on is hard to beat.
“We’re delighted to announce Vitality’s commitment to a three-year partnership, which will really enable us to strengthen our focus on wellbeing and support for local charities.”
