Free beach wristbands return to BCP beaches
Free safety wristbands are returning to beaches across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole for the summer holidays.
The LV equals KidZone scheme runs from the first of July until the thirty-first of August, helping seafront teams reunite children and vulnerable adults with family members if they become separated.
Parents and carers can write their contact details and beach location on a secure wristband, which can be collected from seafront offices and RNLI lifeguard towers.
Dedicated KidZone staff will also be based on Bournemouth Beach from the eighteenth of July until the end of August, during the busiest school holiday weeks.
The scheme covers beaches from Alum Chine to Southbourne, as well as sites in Christchurch and Poole.
