Politics school opens for young people
Young people in Bournemouth are being invited to apply for a free politics summer school.
Jessica Toale MP’s two-day programme takes place at Bournemouth University on Monday the twenty-fourth and Tuesday the twenty-fifth of August.
Students aged sixteen to nineteen will take part in workshops and activities led by campaigners, journalists, councillors and policy specialists.
The programme is open to people interested in their community, including those without an existing interest in politics or public life.
Applications close on Monday the thirteenth of July.
