Bee Mission has become Bh2 Leisure’s first Charity of the Year partner in Bournemouth.
The partnership will run until March 2027 and will give the charity advertising, digital promotion and social media support at the town centre leisure destination.
Bh2 Leisure, which is home to businesses including ODEON, Nando’s and BrewDog, selected Bee Mission because of its work supporting people experiencing homelessness and providing training opportunities in Bournemouth.
Bryan Taylor, Bh2 Leisure Centre Manager, said the team had been impressed by the charity’s “enthusiasm and passion” and its commitment to helping people develop skills and move forward.
Bee Mission provides hot meals to people living on Bournemouth’s streets and is also working to expand its beehive installations across the area.
Amy Foster from Bee Mission said the support would help the organisation raise awareness of both its environmental work and the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness locally.
She said: “Having the support of such a central hub in the town will be transformative.”
The charity will receive a dedicated platform at Bh2 Leisure over the coming year, with the partnership intended to improve its visibility and fundraising opportunities.
Bee Mission said it was grateful to Bh2 Leisure for choosing it as the venue’s inaugural charity partner.
