The South Coast Wine Festival returns to Highcliffe Castle next month for a three-day event.
More than 2,500 tickets have already been sold for the festival, which runs from 14 to 16 August and will feature more than 300 wines from producers and merchants around the world.
Visitors will take part in a two-hour tasting before gaining access to an expanded outdoor festival area, with a larger stage, live entertainment, an extended bar and more independent food and drink traders.
Friday’s programme includes The Luke Combs Experience, while Saturday will feature an Over 30s Garden Party celebrating George Michael, before Sunday brings talks from Charlie Stein, Toni Osoba, Adam Odor and Martha Armitage.
Marketing director Matt Maclean said organisers had “invested heavily” in improving the outdoor experience after last year’s area “did not work as well as we expected”, with more entertainment and traders planned.
He said demand was continuing to grow, with preparations now focused on bringing wine tasting, live performances and the enhanced festival garden together across the weekend at Highcliffe Castle in August.
The Bournemouth One Blue Crew will also be there throughout the event.
