Harry Redknapp plans returns to Lighthouse Poole

Harry Redknapp is returning to Lighthouse in Poole for a new evening of football stories.

The former AFC Bournemouth manager will appear in An Evening with Harry Redknapp on Wednesday 11 November, as part of a newly announced programme of shows at the Poole venue.

The event will see Harry share stories from his football career, as well as his time on I’m a Celebrity, with Lighthouse describing it as a return to his “adopted home town”.

The latest line-up also includes Unearthed, a new play created by hundreds of women from across Dorset. It tells the stories of 12 historical women from the county, using true facts alongside what is described as a “riotous imagining”.

Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra’s Teatime Trio will perform a dementia-friendly Summer Cake Concert, with flute, harp and cello music in a relaxed setting.

Other newly announced shows include Poole Symphonic Concert Band, Coastal Comedy, Hamza Yassin: My Life Behind the Lens, The Night Sky Show with Adrian West, and burlesque and cabaret show Tease.

Folk and acoustic music also feature in the programme, with Sam Brookes, Amelia Coburn, Catherine MacLellan and Mark Westberg, Ellie Gowers, and Toby Shaer, Archie Moss and Jack Warnock among the studio acts.

Fisherman’s Friends will also return to the Concert Hall in October 2027.

General sale for most newly announced shows opens on Friday 29 May through the Lighthouse website.
