Poole Pride will return this summer with a full day of arts, performances and community events.
The event takes place at Lighthouse Poole on 6 June, bringing together live music, drag acts, workshops and talks to celebrate LGBTQ+ culture and create an inclusive space for people across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
Visitors can explore a wide programme throughout the day, including cabaret shows, a poetry slam, creative workshops and a silent disco, alongside stalls featuring local organisations supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
Performers include Lucid Cabaret, Oliver Clothezoff, Maddie Morris and Grace Savage, while the outdoor theatre programme features Jasmin Circus, Sing People Sing and Teddy Talks.
There will also be opportunities to take part in sessions such as a creative writing workshop, performance workshops and a range of talks covering topics including queer storytelling, drag history and support services.
Family activities include children’s storytelling and interactive experiences, designed to ensure the event is accessible to a wide audience.
Entry operates on a pay what you feel basis, with tickets required for access and individual events available depending on venue capacity.
An additional evening performance by Suzi Ruffell will take place separately in the theatre and requires its own ticket.
