SIX will return to Lighthouse Poole next March for a new run of performances.
The musical is back at the venue from 16 to 27 March 2027, after its last run in 2023 attracted more than 10,500 people across 16 performances and became the most successful touring show in Lighthouse history.
Written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, the show retells the lives of Henry VIII’s six wives as a pop concert, with each queen telling her own story while backed by the all female band, The Ladies In Waiting.
The 80 minute production turns 500 years of royal heartbreak into a fast moving stage show described as a modern retelling, with a “strong and powerful message”, as the queens move from Tudor history to present day pop performance.
Lighthouse says priority booking opens for Best and Great Friends at 10am on Friday 17 April, followed by Good Friends on Tuesday 21 April, before general sale starts on Friday 24 April, with the show promising “pure entertainment”.
