KFC seeks late licence in Christchurch

A KFC branch in Christchurch is seeking permission to serve late night refreshments overnight.

The licensing application has been submitted to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council for the fast food branch on Lyndhurst Road, with the request covering both indoor and outdoor service.

If granted the application would covers late night refreshment both indoor and outdoor, from 11pm to 5am, seven days a week.

Members of the public can support, object to, or comment on the application as part of the licensing process being run by BCP Council.

The application record is available to view through the council, either at BCP Council’s Civic Centre during weekday office hours or through the council’s website.

Residents who want to make a submission can contact the council’s Licensing Team by email, or send comments by post to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council at the Town Hall Annexe in Bournemouth.

Representations about the KFC application must be received by the council no later than July 7, 2026.

The council will then consider the application through its licensing process before a decision is made.
