A Dorset garden design studio is celebrating after winning a national industry award.
The Garden Room Studio has taken home the Garden Design Studio trophy at the 2026 Pro Landscaper Business Awards, which recognise businesses across the UK landscaping sector for professionalism, innovation and growth.
The award highlights the studio’s work as an established design practice, with an in-house team creating outdoor spaces for clients from the early concept stage through to completion.
Matt Evans, founder and managing director of The Garden Room Studio, said the team was “absolutely delighted” to receive the award and to be recognised alongside other studios and peers.
He said: “This award win is a testament to the dedication of our team and trusted partners,” as well as the confidence clients place in the business to bring ideas to life.
The studio works with clients to shape gardens around how they use and experience their outdoor space, with projects designed to reflect each client’s plans and requirements.
The company is also preparing a project at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, with the garden build now beginning ahead of the event later this month.
The studio says it has a strong pipeline of work, including projects in Dorset, East Anglia and Cornwall, with several complex schemes currently in build or on the drawing board.
