Lighthouse and HK Law join forces

A new partnership in Poole will support arts programmes and community projects at Lighthouse.

HK Law has joined Lighthouse’s Business Club, linking the local firm with one of the UK’s largest arts centres, which last year hosted more than 2,000 performances, screenings and events, bringing almost 500,000 people through its doors.

The partnership follows the opening of HK Law’s office in Poole, with the firm saying the move made working with Lighthouse “a natural step” as both organisations aim to deliver accessible services and engage with local communities.

Katharine Jones from HK Law said clients value the “wide range of entertainment, education and charitable support” offered by Lighthouse, while adding the venue plays a “vital role” in bringing arts and education to Dorset.

Lighthouse says support from businesses is key to sustaining its work as an independent charity, with Lucy Funnell explaining partnerships help fund training for future creative professionals and enable community projects that reach people across the area.
