Several senior figures have stepped down from Christchurch Football Club in the last ten days.

The club confirmed that Manager Wayne Crutcher, Assistant Manager Adam Farmer, Secretary Giles Kilshawe-Fall and Head of Media Sara Taylor have all resigned, marking a period of significant change behind the scenes at Hurn Bridge.

Crutcher’s departure was announced on 18 February, and it has since been confirmed that he has taken up the role of First Team Manager at Bashley Football Club, bringing his time in charge at Christchurch to a close.

Following the changes, Brad Gale will take charge of the side on an interim basis, with officials describing him as a committed and professional presence in the dressing room who understands the standards expected and can provide stability while longer term decisions are made.

Alison Miller has also returned to the club to serve as Interim Club Secretary until the end of the season, with interviews for the full-time First Team Manager position planned for next week.
