A Christchurch based HR consultant has launched a new digital platform designed to change how HR consultancies assess employment law risk and support businesses.
Tania Harland, founder of HR Diagnostics, has developed a white label compliance and risk diagnostic tool that enables consultants to carry out structured digital audits. The platform identifies compliance gaps and produces prioritised action plans through an interactive dashboard.
Drawing on more than 20 years of HR experience and six years running an outsourced consultancy, Tania said traditional manual audits were often slow and inconsistent.
She said she had spent over 100 hours completing audits using lengthy documents and felt existing tools were not fit for purpose.
What began as a solution for her own business highlighted a wider gap in the market. After finding no systems built specifically for professional HR consultants, she decided to develop the platform for wider use.
The project took 1,005 days to complete, involving around 5,000 hours of her own time and more than 1,000 developer hours. Over the past year, more than 50 consultants helped test and refine the system through a series of webinars.
The project received grant funding from BCP Council and Arts University Bournemouth and the launch was marked at the Boscombe Digital Hub.
