Evolve offers more funded business support
Small and medium-sized businesses across Dorset can now register for two new fully funded programmes aimed at helping leaders plan for sustainable growth in the new year.
The Evolve Growth Forum, delivered by Dorset-based advisory specialists Evolve and funded by Business Growth Dorset, has opened registrations for two new cohorts.
One is open to businesses from any sector and the other is designed for companies working in engineering and manufacturing. Each forum brings together up to fifteen owners and leaders for three in-person workshops, with individual support and access to specialist masterclasses also included.
Evolve says the programme will guide participants through a range of strategic topics, including leadership style, the value of a clear organisational culture and how businesses can use innovation, automation and emerging technology to drive progress.
Programme lead David Mutton said the forums give business leaders the confidence to explore new opportunities with support from peers.
Liz Hutchings, who took part in the first programme, said the workshops encouraged new thinking and offered practical advice that she could take back to her team.
The free programme is open to SMEs based in the Dorset Council or BCP Council areas, with each cohort limited to fifteen places.
