Hardwick Estate Agents has strengthened its Poole-based team as Claire Hardwick steps into a new role supporting residential sales across the area.
She will work alongside her husband, founder and owner David Hardwick, covering valuations, viewings, negotiations, offers and guidance throughout each stage of a sale.
Claire brings thirteen years of experience in the residential property sector, having previously worked as an Associate Director at a large local estate agency.
David said Claire’s background means clients will receive steady support through each part of their move, adding that their individual skill sets work well together.
David launched the business eighteen months ago and said the agency has grown steadily due to strong local knowledge and consistent client feedback. He explained that Claire’s arrival will help maintain a personal service as enquiries increase, noting that people value speaking directly with familiar staff throughout the process.
Claire said joining a family-run agency makes the work feel more personal and allows them to focus closely on each client’s needs. She said that her experience has shown how important it is for people to feel supported, and that the agency’s down-to-earth approach helps clients feel comfortable throughout their move.
