Poole Town Football Club has appointed Bradley Williams as its new commercial director, subject to FA approval.
Bradley is a director at Unique Group (Southern) Ltd, which has also made a significant financial investment in the club.
The company will continue as the club’s principal shirt sponsor for two more seasons.
This move brings both funding and a hands-on leadership commitment to improve the club’s commercial operations.
Bradley will oversee a new structure that includes the full-time appointment of current commercial manager Ben Edgell.
He will work alongside co-director Craig Moore to grow partnerships, improve revenue, and develop long-term sustainability.
Bradley said: “This is more than just a business opportunity, it’s a personal commitment.”
The commercial team also plans to reconnect the club’s junior and senior sections and improve support for sponsors and partners. The board of directors has welcomed the move, describing it as a major opportunity for growth.
Chairman Chris Reeves said the appointment would help drive the club forward and provide “a huge platform to go forward from.”
Vice-chairman Andy Rossiter described it as “a real turning point for the club.”
The changes are part of a wider plan to create a stronger, more connected and sustainable club for the future.
