Parking regulations in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole have been brought together into a single consolidated order by Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council.
This new order covers all on-street and off-street parking, replacing previous permanent orders for roads and car parks where the council is the Highway Authority.
The consolidation order came into effect on 10 August, revoking and reintroducing previous orders only as they relate to the restrictions and items shown on the Map Schedules.
The council has stated that the provisions of the previous orders are reproduced without any additions or amendments, but the preamble to the schedules has been updated to clarify the requirements within the schedules.
Residents can view the notice and the full order on the highway consultation page of the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council website.
Anyone wishing to challenge the validity of the order can apply to the High Court within six weeks from 7 August.
