A fire involving beach huts at Sandbanks prompted a large emergency response because gas canisters were inside.
Crews from Westbourne and Poole tackled the blaze, which police say was started by a faulty cooker.
The canisters were safely removed, nobody was injured and officers say there was no risk to the wider public.
