March for Men has raised £23,065 for University Hospitals Dorset NHS Charity.
The event saw 203 people walk, run and jog along Bournemouth seafront in support of prostate cancer care.
Money raised will help fund equipment, resources and enhanced patient care beyond standard NHS provision.
Consultant Urologist Jim Voss said the total would directly enhance care at University Hospitals Dorset.
The charity thanked everyone who took part, donated and supported the event, including sponsors Spetisbury Construction and Oak Business Services.
