Families across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole have a wide choice of May half term activities.
Events include nature trails, creative workshops, sport, live shows and outdoor attractions, with options taking place across museums, parks, leisure centres and local venues.
Councillor Richard Herrett said the programme brings a “fantastic mix” of family activities, adding that it is a good time to “get out and about, try something new” and support local attractions and businesses.
Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf is running a football themed challenge, while Woodpecker Café and Queen’s Park Golf Course will host a park scavenger hunt for families.
Russell Cotes Art Gallery and Museum is offering nature themed trails, garden games and craft sessions, while Highcliffe Castle has creative workshops, live music, vintage cars and food from the Castle Pantry.
Poole Museum has storytelling, gallery tours, clay modelling and a new pirate trail in its maritime galleries.
Upton Country Park will host workshops, live music, family attractions and an Upton House Open Day.
Families can also take part in Pond Dipping Detectives at Kingfisher Barn Visitor Centre, visit Branksome Funfair, use BCP leisure centres and BH Live Active sites, or see shows at Bournemouth Pavilion and the BIC.
