Members of the National Education Union have staged walkouts at two Dorset schools.
Staff formed picket lines outside Queen Elizabeth’s School and Corfe Hills School.
The schools are run by Initio Learning Trust, which is planning restructuring changes.
Union representatives say they are concerned about specialist teaching roles being removed and workloads increasing for remaining staff.
The trust says it remains committed to supporting staff and delivering high-quality education.
