Junior Kroupi has reached 10 Premier League goals in his debut season after scoring against Arsenal.
The AFC Bournemouth forward is now the first teenager in more than 20 years to hit double figures in a maiden Premier League campaign, with Robbie Keane the last to do it for Coventry City in 1999 and 2000.
His goal in the win over Arsenal moved him into a small group of teenage players to score 10 or more in their first season, alongside Keane, Robbie Fowler and Kevin Gallen, underlining a standout start on the south coast.
Kroupi signed in January 2025 before staying on loan at FC Lorient for the rest of that season, then linked up fully with Andoni Iraola’s squad in the summer and quickly adapted to the demands of English football.
The Frenchman has scored a range of goals in big matches for the Cherries and is now only 2 away from the record 12 set by Fowler and Keane, with 6 games still left to play in an already notable “debut Premier League season”.
