Bournemouth clinic grows after expansion

A Bournemouth wellness clinic has reported strong growth since opening a second studio space in September.

Natural Healing, based on Christchurch Road, says attendance at its movement classes has risen by 65% in the 6 months since launching a 12-person studio 3 doors down from its original site, with 19 classes now running each week.

The business, founded in 2022 by yoga instructor and Doctor of Chiropractic Josh Sparks, has also seen clinic appointments increase by 14%, while revenue from its 3 membership options is up 44% since the second premises opened.

Josh said the expansion was about “growing a wellness community” and creating an “inclusive and approachable environment”, especially for people dealing with injuries, chronic pain or stress, with more beginners and older adults now taking part.

Since the new space opened, the clinic has introduced Qigong and strength-based classes, added more early morning sessions, and expanded its treatment offer with reflexology, while physiotherapy and cranial sacral therapy are also planned.

Its workshops, meet-ups and retreats over the past 12 months have all sold out, with a new October retreat and a Portugal trip in 2027 now being prepared.
