AFC Bournemouth claimed a controlled away victory at Wolverhampton Wanderers after goals in each half settled the contest.
The opening goal arrived after thirty three minutes when Junior Kroupi finished confidently from close range following a precise assist from Amine Adli, rewarding Bournemouth’s patient build up and giving them a deserved lead at the break after managing spells of pressure.
Wolves pushed forward after the restart and created several chances through set pieces and crosses, but Bournemouth goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic produced a number of sharp saves, including late stops from Tolu Arokodare and João Gomes, to maintain the advantage.
The points were secured in stoppage time when Alex Scott reacted quickest inside the box to convert from close range after good work by Rayan, ensuring Bournemouth saw out the closing moments and completed the match with a clean sheet.
