Residents across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole are urged to stay cautious as wet conditions persist.
People are being advised to take care this weekend as council teams continue work across the area following recent flooding, with further rainfall forecast over the coming days and a Met Office yellow warning for rain expected to apply from midday on Monday.
Councillor Andy Hadley said ground conditions across BCP and upstream areas remain saturated, adding that more rain could worsen existing issues, and warned residents to avoid flood water, mud and affected routes when travelling by car, motorbike or bicycle.
He also said people should take care near cliff edges, rivers and lakes, and check directly with bus and train operators for updates, noting that travel disruption is possible and parents may wish to allow extra time for school journeys on Monday.
Council teams have been responding to flooding since Storm Chandra, which brought intense rainfall and rapid rises in river and groundwater levels, with highways crews dealing with 153 road flooding reports and supporting residents at affected park home sites.
People displaced from Iford Bridge Home Park, Beaulieu Garden Park Home Site and Redhill and Wheatplot Homes Sites have now been advised they can return, with power restored and flood warnings lifted in those areas.
