Support is being offered to people looking to buy a new home in Dorset this year.
Housebuilder Bellway has launched a scheme providing incentives of up to £25,000 on selected new build properties, aimed at helping buyers move forward with a purchase during the early part of the year.
The incentive is available until Saturday 28 February and can be used in different ways, including boosting a deposit or covering costs such as Stamp Duty, depending on individual circumstances and preferences.
Participating Bellway developments in Dorset include St Mary’s Hill in Blandford St Mary, Corallian Heights in Sturminster Newton and Kingsmere Park in Ferndown, alongside Ashberry Homes’ St Mary’s View site in Blandford St Mary.
Bellway says the offer is designed to support buyers at different stages of the process, from those trying to raise a sufficient deposit to others seeking to reduce upfront expenses or invest in their new property.
One recent buyer, Michaela Withycombe, said an incentive helped fund interior upgrades and practical extras in her family’s new home, including improved finishes and additional electrical features.
