A crash between a bus and a car caused long delays for motorists on Tuesday morning in Bournemouth.
The A338 Wessex Way was closed between Bournemouth West roundabout and Richmond Hill from around 6.30am till around 9am following the incident.
Police and ambulance services attended but no serious injuries were reported.
Heavy congestion was reported on surrounding routes with long delays experienced by people heading to work.
Dorset Police told Bournemouth One earlier today: “We were called at 6.27am on Tuesday 18 June 2024 to a report of a two vehicle collision on the A338 near to Cambridge roundabout in Bournemouth.
“Officers are in attendance with the ambulance service. No serious injuries reported.”
Morebus confirmed one of their double decker buses were involved but no passengers were on board at the time.
