Bournemouth hold on to secure a 1-1 draw at home to Nottingham Forest despite the late sending off of Philip Billing.
The Cherries netted yet another early goal when a scramble from a corner was tapped home by Justin Kluivert in just the 3rd minute of the game.
Iraola’s men continued to take control of the fixture but was rocked by the injury to Ryan Christie. After assessment, the Scotsman remained on the field.
Just before the half-time whistle, Callum Hudson-Odoi fashioned onto a glorious chance and after close dribbling managed to curl it past Neto to equalise.
The second half was much of the same from the first with set pieces being the route to goal for both sides but neither team could find the decisive strike.
Six minutes from full-time Philip Billing was given a straight red card after a cynical foul stopping the deadly Hudson-Odoi on the Forest counter.
The Cherries managed to see the game out and take a point away from a tough fixture at the Vitality.
Bournemouth remain 12th following the weekend’s football but will have one eye on overtaking 11th-placed Chelsea after their 4-2 loss to Wolves.
