Poole-based IT business Illuminet Group acquires AI company Biomni

The Illuminet Group in Poole has acquired a London-based company which creates virtual assistants and provides AI-driven solutions for business consumers.

Illuminet says the strategic acquisition allows a new innovative approach that will drive significant advancements in IT service innovation and business transformation and enhances Illuminet’s existing capability in Automation, Data and AI services.

Biomni was founded in 1999 to enable on-line procurement of IT goods for SPs and Enterprise. It has two significant software products: Tenjin and JobR:
