Traffic is building on the A31 from Southampton to Ringwood following an incident at Picket Post.
There are long queues on the approach backed up to Stoney Cross but traffic is being diverted via the filling station.
The event is expected to clear between 10:30 and 10:45 on 27 June 2022.
