The A338 is congested northbound towards the A31 at Ashley Heath following an incident on the A31 near Ringwood.
Around 35 minutes of delays are currently reported between Hurn on the A338 and Picket Post on the A31 due to a breakdown, resulting in one lane being closed.
The A31 eastbound itself is also slow-moving because of the accident and widening works.
The A31 westbound is also busy past the incident from Picket Post to Ringwood.
