A free weekly Yoga session is happening each weekend in Moors Valley throughout the summer.
Verwood residents are welcome to attend from 9am till 10am, any Sunday morning till September 12th 2021.
Registration is required via this webpage, but you’ll need to take your own water and mat or towel.
The sessions are taken by Sam Wills and Rachel Eyers.
Sam is a 300-hr accredited yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga who started teaching Yoga in Verwood five years ago.
Rachel has been teaching Sivinanda Yoga for seven years in sports clubs, leisure centers, hotels, on the beach, privately and most recently at Moors Valley.
On a Sunday morning parking until 10.30am is just £1.40.
