Bournemouth Lower Gardens closed due to flash flooding
Flooding has been causing issues for drivers and residents across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole on Monday.
Heavy rain across the conurbation has resulted in roads being closed, and gardens being flooded.
In Bournemouth Town Centre, the Lower Gardens were closed as flood water made them inaccessible.
Large-scale flooding was also reported in Winton, Poole Quay, Fleetsbridge underpass, and the A35.
Excessive amounts of water also caused problems for motorists with some roads officially closed around Poole.
BCP Council reported that Fleetsbridge roundabout, A35 from Holes Bay (Westbound), A35 in Dorset Council areas and Blandford Rd (Southbound & Northbound) were congested.
The Met Office says more rain is expected throughout the rest of the day.
