Verwood’s Nick Butter has completed his mission to run a marathon in all 196 United Nations-recognised countries with the Athens Classic Marathon.
Nick has been raising money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK, as well as reducing stigma around prostate cancer after bening diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2014.
The 22-year-old former banker was told he could have just two years to live so set himself the amazing challenge.
Nick said he started running the marathons at the beginning of 2018 after meeting an extraordinary man in the Sahara Desert.
Nick now lives in Bristol and plans to do talks to share his experiences.
