A 23-year-old Bournemouth woman has been charged with murder after a man died following a reported assault in Southampton.
Katie Linin, of Eldon Place, has been charged with the murder of 45-year-old Craig Wesley Mintram.
The charge follows a reported assault at an address on Weston Lane in Southampton at around 4.20am on Sunday 9 August.
Police say officers attended, but Craig was pronounced dead at the scene.
His family has been informed and is being supported by specially trained officers.
Linin has been remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court.
A 54-year-old man from Southampton who was also arrested has been released with no further action.
