DWFRS says: “We were called at 9.11am today (7 July) to Purewell, Christchurch to reports of a car fire. One crew from Christchurch attended. One breathing apparatus wearer used one hose reel jet to extinguish. Crews made the vehicle safe.”
Dorset Police tells Bournemouth One: “We were alerted by the fire service at 9.12am on Tuesday 7 July 2026 to a vehicle fire in Purewell in Christchurch and were requested to attend to assist with traffic management.”
