AFCB to open 26/27 season at Manchester City

AFC Bournemouth will begin their 2026/27 Premier League campaign with an away match against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday 23rd August.

The fixture, scheduled for a 2pm kick-off, will be broadcast live on Sky Sports. Marco Rose’s team last faced Manchester City at Vitality Stadium, where Junior Kroupi scored the goal that secured Bournemouth’s first ever qualification for European football in the club’s 127-year history.

Bournemouth’s first home match of the season will be against Everton on Saturday 29th August. The festive period sees the club hosting newly promoted Coventry City on Saturday 19th December, followed by away games at Tottenham Hotspur on Boxing Day and Crystal Palace on 30th December. The Cherries will then welcome Aston Villa to Vitality Stadium on 2nd January.

Looking ahead to the end of the season, Bournemouth’s final home fixture will be against Chelsea on Sunday 23rd May. The campaign concludes with an away trip to Liverpool on Sunday 30th May.
