BCP Council is asking residents for views on proposals to extend walking and cycling routes in Poole.
The plans focus on the Alder Road and Bourne Valley roundabout area.
They include a new 20mph speed limit on more than a dozen roads, changes to parking restrictions, new crossings and road humps.
Vehicles would also be prohibited from part of Bourne Valley Road between Dalling Road and the railway bridge through to Coy Pond Road.
The council says the scheme is aimed at providing more alternatives to car travel.
Residents can comment on the plans through the council website or by writing to the Traffic Team, quoting reference P129.
The deadline for responses is July 3, 2026.
