Seven Days Express on Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth has been shut down under a three-month closure order.
BCP Council says Trading Standards officers repeatedly found illegal tobacco, vapes and hand-rolling tobacco hidden inside the premises.
Items were discovered behind shelving, beneath display units and inside a wall cavity.
The total estimated retail value of goods seized between March 2024 and August 2025 was £49,161.
The shop will remain closed until September 11, 2026.
Councillor Kieron Wilson said the action sends a clear message that businesses operating outside the law will be held to account.
