David Sidwick has launched his second youth survey for people under 25.
The survey is part of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s youth participation strategy.
Last year’s responses helped shape work by the Violence Reduction and Prevention Team and led to funding for targeted youth support projects.
These include youth workers in emergency departments, support for young people at risk of carrying knives, and specialist help for those who have experienced harm.
Mr Sidwick said young people’s views are vital in shaping future policing and support services across Dorset.
