Two men have been charged after coordinated drugs warrants were carried out in Longham.
Officers from the local neighbourhood policing team, supported by the Force Support Group, executed warrants at 2 adjoining addresses on Ringwood Road on the morning of 10 April 2026, where suspected cannabis plants and further quantities of the drug were reportedly discovered.
A total of 112 suspected cannabis plants were located during the searches, and 2 men were arrested at the scene, with Dorset County CID now leading the investigation into the activity uncovered at the properties.
The suspects, a 38 year old man from Bournemouth and a 27 year old man from Ferndown, have been charged with being concerned in the supply and production of a class B drug and are due to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on 13 April 2026.
Detective Inspector Rich Barnett said officers are “committed to taking positive action” and thanked members of the public for providing information, adding that anyone with concerns about suspected drug activity should continue to report it.
