A new rewards scheme launched by Bournemouth Rugby aims to help supporters save money while backing the club.
The Lions Rewards Diamond Club app offers cashback, voucher codes, e gift and gift card discounts, alongside savings with independent restaurants, local businesses and thousands of online and high street retailers, covering purchases from fashion and holidays to homeware, insurance and everyday essentials.
Thirty percent of each member’s subscription and thirty percent of the cashback they earn from transactions will be returned to Bournemouth Rugby, with the club planning to reinvest the money into facilities, grassroots development, youth programmes and wider community initiatives.
Chief Executive James Croker said the scheme is designed to support both supporters and the club, explaining: “The more our community uses the platform, the more we can invest in developing rugby locally and enhancing the experience for everyone involved with Bournemouth Rugby.”
Regional Director of Exclusive Rewards Scott Burgess said the partnership also aims to involve local businesses, adding that companies can join the platform free of charge to help drive footfall and online traffic while supporting the club’s community work.
