Bournemouth earn dramatic point at Old Trafford

AFC Bournemouth earned a point after a dramatic four all draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford.

It was a breathless Premier League game that saw repeated momentum swings and late drama in front of a packed home crowd.

The Cherries fell behind early when Amad Diallo scored in the thirteenth minute, before responding well and levelling through Antoine Semenyo, who finished a driving solo run to make it one all shortly before half time.

United regained the lead in first half added time when Casemiro headed home from a corner, sending the hosts into the break with a two one advantage despite Bournemouth showing composure and bravery in possession.

The second half began at pace as Evanilson equalised almost immediately, finishing into the corner after a well weighted pass from Marcus Tavernier, before Tavernier then curled a free kick home six minutes later to put Bournemouth ahead.

United responded with goals from Bruno Fernandes and Matheus Cunha to turn the match around again, but substitute Junior Kroupi fired home in the eighty fourth minute after a pass from Alex Jiménez to secure a deserved point.
