Somerford Road in Christchurch is blocked in both directions due to a collision near the Meteor Retail Park, with Morebus reporting that all traffic, and bus services are being diverted for the time being .
Dorset Police has confirmed the closure, telling Bournemouth One: “We were called at 8.51am on Wednesday 3 December 2025 to a report of a collision involving a bus and a pedestrian in Somerford Road in Christchurch.
“Emergency services are in attendance and road closures are in place. No further details available at this time.”
