A338 in Bournemouth has reopened in both directions following a welfare incident between Cooper Dean and the Blackwater junction for Hurn, which saw congestion back to the St Paul’s Roundabout and Wessex Way northbound, and from Ashley Heath southbound.
Dorset Police confirmed they were dealing with a welfare incident involving a woman on a bridge over the carriageway.
