A new co-working space has officially opened on the first floor of Bobby’s in Bournemouth town centre.
‘Patch’ held its launch event last night with special guests including the Mayor of Bournemouth and members of the business community.
The company behind the space has three other locations around the south east and a fifth opening in York next year.
Work has been taking place on the site for the last few months and is now fully open for members to join.
Karley Woodford, Site Director, told Bournemouth One they are looking forward to working with the local community.
She said: “We’ve got a wonderful community of people here at Patch, we are super proud to be the newest tenants at Bobby’s.
“You can find me and my team on the front desk if you’d like to have a look around and see the working space, where we’ll be hosting community events and more in the coming months.”
Patch aims to be the new anchor of the high street.
It combines a commercial high street presence, with spaces for community use, and is motivated by partnerships which have a positive impact in communities and on the planet.
