Planning permission has been submitted to Dorset Council to build nine bungalows on land at Edmondsham Road in Verwood.
The plot of undeveloped land, measuring 0.48 hectares, is opposite the current building site owned by Pennyfarthing Homes, where 187 new homes are being built.
It’s also adjacent to a recent development of 43 new homes.
As well as the nine dwellings, 18 car parking spaces are proposed within the development.
The application is now online with a reference number of P/OUT/2021/03832.
