A dog that was missing in Verwood for almost three days has been found and returned to its owner.
Arran, a six-year-old Male Bearded Grey/White Collie went missing on the outskirts of the town on Sunday but was found in the back garden of a property in Ringwood Road.
The Verwood community, along with dog owners from around the area came together to pull off the search mission which continued at all hours of the day and during the coldest nights.
Residents had spotted the dog around Ebbake, The Chase and Verwood Road, after he bolted from Alderholt Road near The Bluehaze Cattery at the weekend.
Owner Madeleine Fear posted regular updates on Facebook and announced the good news around 4pm Tuesday.
