Support worth up to £25,000 is being offered to homebuyers across Dorset this spring.
The incentives are part of a campaign by Bellway, aimed at helping people purchase new homes by providing flexible financial support tailored to individual needs.
Buyers can choose how to use the offer, including putting it towards a deposit, contributing to mortgage payments, or upgrading features inside the property such as flooring and appliances, depending on what suits their circumstances.
The scheme is available on selected plots at developments including Kingsmere Park in West Parley, St Mary’s Hill in Blandford St Mary and Corallian Heights in Sturminster Newton, with additional incentives also offered at St Mary’s View by Ashberry Homes.
A sales director for the company said customers value having a space they can adapt to their own style, adding that the campaign reflects feedback from buyers and aims to provide different types of support to make moving home more achievable.
One buyer, Andrew Winchester, said he had initially considered a period property before choosing a new build, pointing to practical benefits including a 10 year guarantee and improved energy efficiency, as well as a more straightforward move without renovation work.
The offers are available until the end of May, with potential buyers encouraged to explore the options available across Dorset developments.
